Adult Foster Care Services
At Hubbell Haven, our adult foster care facility provides residents with 24/7 care and supervision in a stable family environment. Our direct care staff handle prescription administration to ensure each of our residents receives all their medications at the proper times, intervals, and in the correct doses.
Our residents are provided with three healthy, home-cooked meals a day, along with snacks any time of day, administered by our direct care professionals.
Each resident has a room at Hubbell Haven that comes with linen and laundry services and basic toiletries.

Our Staff
Our direct care staff at Hubbell Haven provide guidance on responsibilities, reminders on shower times and shower aid, as needed, as well as personal care and companionship. We further offer transportation to and from medical appointments in the region.
Beyond our adult foster care offerings, we also provide respite care.
